If the Affordable Health Care Law is fully implemented, there's going to be
more than one additional
middleman to
receive a percentage (cut). There are going to be the (159) Federal
bureaucracies (agencies) and its death panel (I.P.A.B.), who are supposed to
help keep down cost; States and the (HIX) Exchanges, if States choose to set up
the Health Insurance Marketplaces; the I.R.S. and its additional 16,000 agents, who will enforce
ObamaCare; and no telling who else will be receiving their
cuts (cuts our Country do not need). Some of our so-called servants need to get
some common sense, one simple logic to
help steer the Washington Donkey to the Right. From the New
Deal unto now, entitlements have
given us numerous dependents and illegitimate children, lethargy, obesity,
sickness, a costly medical industry, and skyrocketing outrageous health care
costs and spending and insurance premiums that are eating up Americans'
paychecks. And an expanding liberal Federal Government that's becoming too big

to become part and may become dependents of a bankrupted system, instead of
depending on the LORD God. Those who
cover their own hospital expenses,
those who have a healthy life style,
healthy
individuals who depend on the LORD God, and who use natural alternative and
preventive medicines should not be forced to become part of a bankrupted system
to help subsidize those who do not take on individual responsibility: who do
not eat healthy, do not take care of their own bodies, who consume toxics, use
tobacco and become obese, who do not fast when necessary and do not properly

care system and its lethal drugs, and take on individual responsibility and

getting federally-subsidized insurance through an 'exchange,' then that
employer must pay a penalty for failing to offer that worker acceptable
insurance on the job... For firms which do not offer insurance, any insurance,
have more than 50 employees, and have at least one employee receiving insurance
subsidies, they must pay a tax of $2000 per subsidized employee. The tax is
applied to all of a firm's employees (after excluding the first 30), not just
those that are subsidized. For example a firm with 51 employees would pay
$42,000 in new annual taxes, and an additional $2,000 tax for every new
hire." James O'Toole at CNNMoney said, "In 2014, the penalty will be no more than $285 per
family, or 1% of income, whichever is greater. In 2015, the cap rises to $975,
or 2% of income. And by 2016, it reaches $2,085 per family, or 2.5% of income,
whichever is greater. The dollar amounts for a single adult (individual) would
be $95, $325 and $695 during that same time period," or respectively 1%,
2% and 2.5% of taxable income, whichever is greater. Mr. O'Toole has slightly
different penalties for a single adult than what is stated in the Patient
Protection and Affordable Care Act. For
eligibility for a health plan and
health claim status transactions, Americans will be given a machine readable
I.D. card, and according to the way I see it, conceivably, in the near future,
a implantable radiofrequency transponder identification (RFID) device, which is
being used today. On TV and in newspapers, people talk about how the
so-called Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act will help the 10, 30, or
50 million uninsured, which may include the
illegal aliens, those in the low
income bracket with subsidies, and those who can't get insurance because of
pre-existing conditions. Yet those same people don't talk about who's going to
pick up the tab. Just "Pass the
Buck" you might say, which is the norm. If fully implemented, there
are going to be more middlemen
to receive their cuts, which I mentioned earlier. With the additional 159
Federal bureaucracies (agencies), State Exchanges, and possibly 16,000 I.R.S.
agents, if the bill "Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013"
(H.R. 2009) is not passed in the Senate, there could be 18%, 36% or even 54%
added to the health care cost, not counting all other factors. A car insurance
agent receives his cut, approximately 18% service charge on the over-all policy
cost for preparing a policy, so why not the new agencies? With all the
