Because the Jury Instructions are the ones I want Chief Justice John Roberts of the United States Supreme Court to give to each and every United States Senator...

...all 100 United States Senators must vote on the Impeachment of Barack Obama and his removal from office. Either he is guilty and removed from office. Or he is acquitted and will remain as President...

As you know, impeachment is the only Constitutional way to remove a President from office.

After the House Judiciary Committee votes out an order of impeachment the full House of Representative must vote to accept it...

...Barack Obama can finally be held accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors against the United States Constitution and the American people...

The impeachment Jury is made up of all 100 Senators and each Senator has one vote. Now this is where the United States Investigative Unit and I need your help.

Make no mistake about it there will be a massive fight over the Jury Instructions. Because the way the Constitution is interpreted can well mean whether Barack Obama is impeached and removed from office or is acquitted and allowed to rule for the next three years.

I need you to make sure the Chief Justice John Roberts of the United States Supreme Court knows how you feel about the Jury Instructions...

Jury Instructions:

· A juror may only vote on the evidence submitted in this impeachment hearing;

· No fact that has not been put into evidence, that has not been sworn to or put before the Senate in any declaration can be considered;

· No party, no faction and no prior allegiance can mandate or in any other way influence said vote;

· No jury member can allow party loyalty, sexual interests, personal interests, financial interest or political interest to influence the evidence submitted and admitted.

The United States Investigative Unit and I firmly believe if these instructions are given to all 100 Senators as they have sworn an oath you and I will receive the proper verdict.

And make no mistake about it the proper verdict is Barack Obama must be impeached and removed from office.

The purpose to my letter to you this evening is not to highlight to you the "high crimes and misdemeanors" that Barack Obama is being impeached for.

I am sure you know as well as I why Barack Obama must be held accountable for his crimes against the United States people.

You and I both know it was a crime to take $716 billion from Medicare and spend it on a national health program that nobody wanted.

You and I both know that it was a crime to turn a deaf ear as four Americans were slaughtered in Benghazi.

And you and I both know that it is a crime to spend six trillion dollars and drive the United States Treasury to the verge of bankruptcy.

The United States Investigative Unit is proud to say that after all the long and hard work we will bring Barack Obama to answer for his "high crimes and misdemeanors."

But right now, I am writing to you about the instructions to the 100 United States Senators who will vote innocent or guilty.

And now let me just mention something that even or hardened investigators fear:

A bribed jury.

Let's face facts, here in Washington where everything is for sale, no member of any jury can be held harmless until they have proven it themselves.

So to guard against that I need you right now to sign your Jury Instructions to be submitted to John Roberts and mail it back to me today.

Also, with your signed Jury Instructions I need your maximum donation to the United States Investigative Unit. Your donation along with your signed Jury Instruction can pave the way for irrevocable verdict in the case of the impeachment and removal of office of Barack Obama.

So please, take a minute and re-read the Jury Instructions I have sent you, sign it and mail it back to me with your maximum donation of $60.

Your donation of $60 will immediately go towards the impeachment of Barack Obama as president of the United States. I am sure... you appreciate the long and hard work it took the United States Investigative Unit to get to this point.
