My friend, what I am about to tell you sounds like a story from some deadbeat socialist nation ... but it's happening right here in America! In Delaware, the liberal Attorney General, Beau Biden (son of Vice President Joe Biden) recently issued an opinion that stripped all Sheriffs of their constitutionally protected powers.

If Biden (1) gets his way, Sheriffs like Jeff Christopher will be reduced to the status of paper-pushing bureaucrats. This is exactly what the liberals want – toothless law enforcement agents powerless to stand in the way as they grab our guns (1, 2), socialize our healthcare, and throw open our sovereign borders to illegals.

The same sad story is unfolding across the country. Politicians in Connecticut have already ABOLISHED the office of Sheriff... and similar power grabs are underway in Texas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and many other states.

What's happening in Delaware could happen in any state in America. That's why the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Sheriff Jeff Christopher Officers Association (CSPOA) is standing shoulder to shoulder with Sheriff Christopher as he fights this power grab (1) in the court of law.

We must stop this attack on our trusted law men!

The bad news is that we've recently suffered a setback. The Supreme Court of Delaware – overloaded with liberals – sided with Attorney General Biden.

The good news is that Sheriff Christopher is no quitter. He is already planning to take his fight to a higher court – perhaps with a class action lawsuit. But legal fights are expensive. In fact, Sheriff Christopher has nearly bankrupted himself already, and the fight is far from over.

It's little wonder that liberal politicians secretly despise America's Sheriffs – these honorable law enforcers stand in the way of political schemes to bully, harass, and intimidate free American citizens like you and me.

When President Obama tried to shove his gun-grabing agenda down the throat of Congress, Sheriffs proudly declared that they would not enforce any of the President's unconstitutional schemes.

And while the feds have abandoned their duties, Sheriffs like Joe Arpaio on our southern border have stood vigilant--protecting us from the scourge of illegal immigration and drug trafficking. Right now, CSPOA is helping to create more Sheriff Joe Arpaio's across the USA.

Liberals know that as long as men like Sheriff Jeff Christopher pledge to defend the Constitution, their big government, anti-freedom agenda is in jeopardy. That's why they are desperate to strip our sheriffs of their powers.

It's for guys like Sheriff Christopher that I founded the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association – the most effective coalition in America dedicated to protecting lawmen who honor our Constitution.

We provide the financial and legal support Sheriffs need when the Feds try to threaten them, as they are doing right now in Delaware. And trust me... I know how to beat big government. As the elected Sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, I challenged the Clinton Administration's gun grabing in the Supreme Court–- and won!

As a graduate of the FBI National Academy and an inductee into the National Rifle Association's Hall of Fame, I understand that the heroes in law enforcement have an unshakeable faith in the Constitution and deserve to be defended from the attacks of the liberals.

Sheriff Finch's defense of our Second Amendment outraged the liberals, who brought him up on trumped-up charges. But this politically motivated attack didn't work. A jury took just minutes to nullify the charges against Sheriff Finch, and he was reinstated to his office shortly thereafter.
