OBAMA CONVICTED BY CITIZENS COURT FOR FRAUD

Sentenced to 10 years

 

 

(Ocala, Florida, September 19, 2013). Yesterday, the Citizen's Court convicted President Barack Hussein Obama of lying to the American people about his birth certificate, which was alleged to be a forgery, after considerable investigation. This birth certificate, which was belatedly posted on the White House website after he was challenged about his eligibility to be president, since it was alleged that he is not a "natural born citizen" born in the United States to two American citizen parents, is not genuine but allegedly altered.

 

Prior to yesterday's citizens' judge tried conviction (see www.citizensgrandjury.com to view the verdict), Obama was indicted by a citizens' grand jury in Ocala, Florida. He was served with the indictment at the White House but refused to respond and plead his innocence, leading to a non-jury trial in Ocala for his false statements over his birth certificate to the American people and the people of Florida. These alleged false statements fraudulently allowed him to be placed on the Florida presidential ballot in 2008 and 2012, ultimately leading to his election and reelection.

 

While there are pending civil cases challenging Obama's eligibility in Florida and elsewhere around the nation, judges have thus far refused to act and have sought to sidestep this "hot potato" of an issue. As a result, a citizens' grand jury and court had to act. Indeed, this option is part of the American system of justice, as recognized in Supreme Court rulings. See www.citizensgrandjury.com. This safeguard was put into the Constitution by our Founding Fathers to use when the government-run court system becomes so corrupt and a tool of the - establishment that it fails to address the grievances of the people. SHERIFF JOE INJECTS NEW LIFE INTO OBAMA ELIGIBILITY (EXCERPTS)

Court decision pending on challenge to presidency

Those raising questions about Obama's eligibility are bringing in professional law-enforcement investigators to shed light on the dispute. It comes in a case brought by attorney Larry Klayman in which 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh Mclnnish are seeking to force Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verify that all candidates on the state's 2012 ballot were eligible to serve.

 

The case is now being appealed to the Alabama Supreme Court, where strict constitutionalist Roy Moore was elected chief justice last November. The case becomes all the more intriguing because Moore is on record previously questioning Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president.

 

Now several blogs whose authors have been documenting the back and forth of the long-running dispute over Obama's birth place, time – and subsequent eligibility to be president – confirm that Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., and his special Cold Case team lead investigator Mike Zullo will be providing evidence in the arguments.

 

Arpaio is one of a few law enforcement authorities to look into the issue, and he launched his formal Cold Case Posse investigation into Obama's qualifications at the request of his constituents. Already, Arpaio and Zullo have confirmed that evidence shows the birth documentation released by Obama as proof of his birth in Hawaii is fraudulent.

 

Their investigation has continued under the radar, and now Cmdr. Charles Kerchner, who brought one of the first legal challenges against Obama during his first term, confirmed that Arizona's officials will be assisting with evidence in the pending question before the Alabama Supreme Court.

 

Zullo is quoted saying, "We recently discovered new irrefutable evidence, which confirms, hands down, the document is a fraud."

 

Also reporting is the PPSIMMONS blog. "As Carl Gallups (PPSIMMONS founder and host of Freedom Friday With Carl Gallups) and Mike Zullo (lead investigator of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse) have been telling us, things are moving closer to bringing the fraudulent Obama birth certificate case to a level of federal prosecution," the site reported Thursday.

 

"According to Zullo, there are increasing numbers of people ... that will not only bring the case to the public light, but also to a high level of legal prosecution."

 

A multitude of questions never have been answered, most pointedly the ones that would either authenticate or undermine the representation Obama released as a copy of his birth document. Specifically, there never has been any access to any original documentation supporting the new copy, and there has been a flood of evidence suggesting it is not authentic.

 

Speculation abounds online that Alabama Democrats jumped into the case out of concern Moore may not be so quick as other judges to dismiss challenges to Obama's eligibility. In a brief of amicus curiae filed last week, the Alabama Democratic Party insists the court is required to dismiss the case. The brief is filled with condemning language, calling the Mclnnish-Goode case a "baseless attack," Obama the "object of [their] scorn" and their intent "a jaundiced and jaded political agenda." But the president's supporters may have concern because at least two of the judges sitting on Alabama's Supreme Court have considered that where all the birthers" have seen smoke, there may be a fire.

 

In a 2010 interview with WND, Moore said he'd seen no convincing evidence that Obama is a "natural born citizen" – as the U.S. Constitution requires of presidents – and a lot of evidence that suggests he is not. More recently, when a majority of the state's high court denied a 2012 petition filed by Mclnnish seeking to require an original copy of Obama's birth certificate before the sitting president would be allowed on the state's ballot, Justice Tom Parker filed a special, unpublished concurrence in the case arguing that Mclnnish's charges of "forgery" were legitimate cause for concern.

 

Parker wrote, "Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the 'short form' and the 'long form' birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public."

 

The "certain documentation" Parker refers to is the findings of an investigation conducted by Arpaio.

 

As WND reported, Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse announced there is probable cause indicating the documents released by the White House purporting to be Obama's original, long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card are actually forgeries.

 

Parker, who also wrote a concurrence in another case arguing Roe v. Wade should be overturned, agreed that Arpaio's findings were legitimate cause to question Obama's presented documents. Now the case is coming from a lower court, suggesting the Supreme Court may have some opportunity for action.

Lest we forget the Clintons' prolific felonious behavior during their administration, here is just brief recap.

 

These purveyors of crime committed bank and other fraud in a scandal known as Whitewater, fired White House Travel Office employees to then hire their friends and when called on the carpet about his caper sicced the Internal Revenue Office on the head of the Travel Office, Billy Dale. They also illegally obtained and misused more than 900 FBI files to smear and destroy perceived adversaries, took bribes from the communist Chinese and others to fill their presidential campaign coffers and help pay for the Clinton library in Little Rock, Ark., feloniously sold seats on government-sponsored trade missions at then Secretary Ron Brown's Commerce Department, disclosed U.S. government high-tech classified information concerning missile accuracy and satellites to the Chinese in exchange for additional bribes, smeared, threatened and attempted to destroy several women who had had affairs with Bill and were willing to talk to the media and testify during the Monica Lewinsky and related scandals, illegally released Privacy Act-protected employment information about one of the other women Bill Clinton had harassed, Kathleen Willey (which Judge Royce Lamberth of the federal court in Washington, D.C., ruled was a crime), shook down donors for the ability to have them stay in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House for $100,000 a pop, sold judgeships and other government jobs to the highest bidder and also sold presidential pardons to major criminals like Mark Rich. They obstructed justice by hiding more than 1 million emails relevant to my court cases against them at Judicial Watch, and congressional and independent counsel investigations, took illegal insurance payments from insurance carriers State Farm and Chubb to pay their legal bills, illegally raised money from Americans to further pay their legal bills through illicit legal defense funds (the law prohibits gratuities to federal officials), instigated IRS audits of perceived adversaries to destroy them, arranged for and took illegal campaign contributions to finance Hillary's 2000 Senate campaign, attempted to steal White House furniture when their term ended (there was no crime that as beneath Bonnie and Clyde), and a host of other crimes too long to mention in this column.

 

And, for "good measure," to top it all off, more than 80 people, many of whom were material witnesses, "mysteriously" died during the Clinton administration. Lists of these dead people were not coincidentally left on the office chairs of such whistleblowers as Linda Tripp (the person who initially revealed the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal) and the White House employees who came forward to expose the Clintons' failure to produce incriminating emails to Judicial Watch, the court, Congress and the independent counsels in investigations of Clinton criminality, as a warning not to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

 

So it came as no surprise when it was revealed at the House Benghazi hearings that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, through State Department official Cheryl Mills (not coincidentally her chief of staff and criminal facilitator during the Clinton White House years) and others, had attempted to coerce and threaten these brave whistleblowers from coming forward to disclose that the former first lady had ignored pleas to buttress security at the consulate, as well as covered up the cause for the terrorist attack that left our Ambassador Christopher Stephens and three other patriotic Americans dead as a result. This obstruction of justice is "vintage" Hillary.

 

Importantly, at the "end" of the Clinton years in the White House, independent counsel Robert Ray issued a report that found Hillary had, among other criminal misdeeds, committed perjury when she was subpoenaed and then forced to appear and testify under oath before a grand jury. But Ray, for his own political purposes, declined to prosecute her.

 

After the Benghazi hearings concluded, House Chairman Darrell Issa was interviewed by Fox News' Greta Van Susteren and asked whether or not criminal charges would be pursued against Hillary and her accomplices like Cheryl Mills for obstruction of justice and related illegal acts. Typically responding in "establishment Republican fashion," Issa told Greta that his focus was not on pursuing justice for these crimes, but making sure that the State Department protected its ambassadors and other embassy officials and employees in the future.

 

During the Clinton White House years, Republicans took a similar tact after Democrats dug up dirt on their own dealings with communist China during the campaign finance congressional hearings of 1997. This leads me to question what dirt they now have may have dug up on Chairman Issa and his colleagues that would lead him and other Republican officials to again fail to legally take Hillary out by putting her in prison where she belongs and can do no further harm to the nation.

 

Yes, it's a giant club in our nation's capital, and "We the People" no longer have a republican form of representative government – as neither political party has "clean hands" nor the will to enforce the law. KLAYMAN WINS INDICTMENT OF

JUSTICES ROBERTS AND KAGAN BEFORE CITIZEN GRAND JURY

 

Both Violated Their Oath of Office and Ethics Rules in Obamacare Decision

Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Elena Kagan have violated their oath of office to uphold the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution. Roberts' majority opinion upholding Obamacare was not only legally wrong, but the chief justice's failure to disqualify Justice Kagan from sitting and ruling on the case --given her textbook conflict of interest in participating in the crafting of the legislation while she was Obama's Solicitor General of the U.S. Justice Department -- shows a clear-cut violation of the justices' oath of office.

 

Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, had moved to have the justices disqualify Kagan. The motion and amicus brief which followed were "thrown in the trash" by Chief Justice Roberts, his having stated in the Court's annual report that he and his fellow justices are not bound by the Canons of Judicial Ethics that govern other judges. Thus, according to Roberts, justices can do no wrong under any circumstances.   

 

Klayman issued this statement in light of these facts:

 

"Chief Justice Roberts and his colleague must now be held to account to the American people. By refusing to disqualify Kagan and then writing the majority opinion which upholds the unconstitutional violation of the freedoms the Constitution grants to We the People, Roberts and Kagan have violated their oath of office and must be subject to possible indictment by a Citizen Grand Jury. Ironically, the Court has previously held that the grand jury belongs to the people, and not the other three branches of government.

 

"Following established grand jury procedures, I will empanel a grand jury in Florida and seek the indictment of Chief Justice Roberts and Kagan. The Framers of our Constitution created the Citizen Grand Jury for the people as found in the 511 Amendment. By so doing, they created a legal mechanism to hold corrupt judges and politicians accountable under our criminal laws, thereby hoping to avoid another revolution such as occurred in 1776."

The incestuous legal and political establishment has struck again. Appointed by Republican "royal blue blood" President George W. Bush in yet another stupid and incompetent act, Chief Justice John Roberts has just cast the final straw toward and thus triggered a new American Revolution. Ironically, like King George III in the years leading up to the Declaration of Independence in 1776, Roberts has "ruled" against and deep-sixed the rights and freedoms of the people and rubber stamped the legislation that came to be known as Obamacare. Roberts, casting his lot with the other leftist justices who sit on the Supreme Court, in his majority opinion upheld the constitutionality of Obamacare Thursday. To try to justify its "constitutionality," Roberts recast the illegal health-care mandate - where Americans are forced to buy health insurance or be financially penalized with a stiff fine - as the equivalent of a new tax. King George III would have been proud!

 

I have said since his appointment by "W" that Roberts was not a true conservative but instead a D.C. establishment figure. Indeed, while at his former law and lobbying firm, the Washington D.C. mega-enterprise named Hogan and Hartson, Roberts was active in supporting so-called homosexual rights. Given Obama's recent endorsement of "gay marriage," one can only wonder whether Roberts may have been influenced by the president's political "gaydom."

 

But there were other even more serious factors at play with this establishment hack. When earlier this year I moved and then filed an amicus brief to have Obama-appointed Democratic Justice Elena Kagan either recuse herself or be disqualified by Roberts for having a conflict of interest in sitting and ruling on the Obamacare case - as she had advised President Obama on Obamacare as his Justice Department solicitor general - the chief justice effectively threw our pleadings in the trash and instead issued an annual report that unabashedly declared that Supreme Court justices, in effect, are above the law and accountable only to themselves and not We the People. He wrote that he and his fellow justices like Kagan are unquestionably of stellar ethical character, incredibly claiming without any legal basis that the Canons of Judicial Ethics may be unconstitutional in any event - and that basically they may do as they please. Sure enough, Justice Kagan voted with Roberts and the other leftist justices in upholding Obamacare. Had Kagan properly been recused or disqualified, even with Robert's defection Obamacare would have likely been shot down and relegated to the ash heap of legal history.

 

While destructive, outrageous and illegal, Roberts' actions will prove to be historic in another important way. It confirms to the American people that we have no Supreme Court, much less a judiciary, that is willing to protect us from the tyranny of the other two branches of government. And, who will now protect us from the judiciary itself? It is now crystal clear that We the People need to take matters into our own legal hands and do what must be done, without fear, to protect and preserve the freedoms our Founding Fathers pledged their sacred honor and risked their lives and fortunes to win. The new revolution has begun in earnest!

 

In this regard, while the revolution must be won in the months ahead, there is one case concerning Obamacare pending that can immediately influence the direction this law ultimately takes. Previously reported by WND, my group Freedom Watch is pursuing a lawsuit before another judge named Roberts, Judge Richard Roberts of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, which seeks to pry the lid off of the can of corruption that led to Obamacare's passage. Obama and his leftist comrades held secret meetings behind closed doors with lobbyists from Planned Parenthood, the pharmaceutical companies and others who sought to line their pockets with political favors. This helps explain why Obamacare not only contains an illegal mandate, but actually furthers the killing of unborn babies, reduces competition in the pharmaceutical industry to lower prices for consumers, and other atrocities against our freedoms and rights. If I am correct, this Judge Roberts is poised to order Obama to come clean on these illegal meetings and allow discovery into this sordid affair. By so doing, we will gather evidence I will then present to a Citizens Grand Jury in Ocala, Fla. I am implementing this Citizens Grand Jury to seek Obama's indictment and ultimate trial and conviction for this and other criminal charges of bribery, ineligibility and treason. He and his enablers, like Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Elena Kagan, must be held to account to We the People before our nation is totally lost to us. To set an example and mete out justice, we will also seek the indictment of Chief Justice Roberts and Kagan for violation of their oaths of office.

 

Yes, the people's revolution has begun. We cannot count on the Republican Party to right the wrongs committed against We the People. Indeed, Republicans effectively allowed Obamacare to be enacted (not coincidentally a clone of Mitt Romney's equally infamous healthcare legislation in Massachusetts), to provide a political wedge issue for the 2012 elections [which Obama won].

 

Robert's majority opinion and complicity with Justice Kagan, not to mention President Barack Hussein Obama himself, removes any vestige of doubt as to the state of the nation. We no longer have a republic, and We the People, just as our Founding Fathers were forced to do in 1776, must now take matters into our own legal hands!
