letter] There's a powerful old "dirty trick" that's always used by
unethical, guilty people when they get put on trial for their crimes. It goes
like this...
"Ignore the accusation,
but
destroy the accuser."
Sad
to say, it works every time. It certainly worked for Planned Parenthood when
they were facing 107 CRIMINAL CHARGES
for breaking several laws in Kansas, such as performing ILLEGAL ABORTIONS on viable, healthy babies.
A
thorough investigation also revealed that Planned Parenthood COVERS UP for
adult men who have sex with under-age
girls (STATUTORY RAPE). In case
you don't remember the details, let me quickly summarize the case I'm talking
about...
Several
years ago it came to the attention of former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline that "Planned Parenthood
of Kansas and Mid-Missouri" (which operates all their Kansas abortion mills) was suspected of performing certain
kinds of abortions that violated Kansas law.
Specifically, the Planned Parenthood abortionists were
killing babies who were WELL PAST THE
"LEGAL LIMIT" for abortions in Kansas.
Kansas law makes it illegal to perform abortions after 22
weeks gestation (unless the abortion is "medically necessary" in extreme cases). But Planned Parenthood
was routinely killing babies who were
into their THIRD trimester—without these gruesome abortions being "medically
necessary" at all!
Phill
Kline, as Attorney General, went to work investigating these abortions—as well
as abortions that were performed on under-age
girls who were impregnated by adult men who use abortion to cover up their statutory rape crimes.
Kansas law requires Planned Parenthood (and everybody else)
to immediately report cases of suspected sexual crimes.
But,
because Planned Parenthood believes they're "above the law"... and
because they want to make all the money they can get their greedy blood-stained
hands on... they failed to report
these cases of statutory rape to the authorities.
They
also falsified their records in order to cover up the crimes that they
obviously knew they were committing.
Altogether,
Phill Kline discovered MORE THAN A HUNDRED
INCIDENTS where Planned Parenthood broke the law. And that was just for a ONE-year period between 2002 and 2003!!!
Phill Kline – as the Kansas Attorney General –
proceeded to file 107 CRIMINAL CHARGES against Planned Parenthood. And that's
when all hell broke loose.
Now, it's important to note
that this was the FIRST TIME EVER that Planned Parenthood faced criminal
charges. Phill Kline did the "unspeakable"—even though independent
judges reviewed the evidence and agreed that the case had "probable cause"
and was worth prosecuting.
All
of this took the pro-aborts completely by surprise, and sent them into sheer
panic. They tried everything they could think of to stymie Phil! Kline's investigation. They
stalled. They bluffed. They evaded him. They put up obstacles (obstruction of
justice). And they stalled some more.
Plus,
they received an enormous amount of help from Kansas Governor Kathleen
Sebelius—an outspoken pro-abortion
advocate who was a close political ally of the most notorious late-term abortionist
in the world: George Tiller.
(Sebelius is now Obama's Contraception
Queen as Secretary of HHS – Dept. of Health and Human Services.)
Turns
out that Governor Sebelius—and every key
person in her administration—fought Phill Kline tooth and nail in order to protect Planned Parenthood. They knew
what was at stake. After all, Planned Parenthood was in serious trouble.
The charges they were facing included "unlawful
late-term abortion" (29 counts)... "unlawful
failure to determine viability for a late-term abortion" (29 counts)... "unlawful failure to maintain records" (26 counts)...
and "providing false information" (23 FELONY counts)!!!
The
thing is, if they were found guilty of even one of these 107 criminal
charges...
They could lose ALL their
precious
TAXPAYER FUNDING!
And
not just from Kansas—but ALL their government funding, from all across America. That's nearly $475
MILLION a year!!! (That's what you and I are forced to give Planned
Parenthood every year through our TAXES.)
And that's what was at stake in Kansas.
That's why Phill Kline had to be stopped
at any cost. The pro-aborts knew that Phil! Kline was a staunch
pro-lifer. So they launched massive smear campaigns against him in order to
discredit him in the public mind. (Remember the axiom? "Ignore the accusation, but
destroy the accuser.")
Planned
Parenthood and their high-ranking cronies in Kansas also worked secretly in the background to hide all
the evidence that Phil! Kline needed in order to pursue his investigation. They
balked. They threatened lawsuits. They accused him of being on a "witch
hunt."
You
name it. Even now, they're trying to get him disbarred from practicing law ever again! The pro-aborts aren't finished with Phill Kline yet. Not by a long
shot. They knew how much he has already cost them—and could STILL cost them if he ever is able to victoriously help get
Planned Parenthood prosecuted on those 107 criminal charges.
They also knew that Phill Kline is the ONLY prosecutor to ever see inside
Planned Parenthood's files—and actually see their crimes. So they have to destroy Phill—especially his
credibility, his reputation, and his law career—any way they can.
And
so they've gone after him personally—accusing
him of "ethical violations" for the way he investigated Planned
Parenthood.
What
did he do that was so wrong, according to Planned Parenthood and their cronies?
Get
this: They complained because Phil! Kline didn't give Planned Parenthood
adequate "notice" that he was obtaining the key evidence that would put the nail in their coffin.
Yes,
you see, he didn't give them "enough time" to get their records "ready"
for him—meaning, in fact, that they wanted time to delete all the incriminating
evidence in their patient files before handing them over to Phill...!
And... (can you believe it?)... he failed
to tell them what evidence he had against them! (I'm not making this up. They actually expected Phill
Kline to let them know exactly what evidence he was going to use against them
in court!)
They even claimed it was somehow "unethical"
for Phill to investigate criminal wrongdoing by abortion clinics—simply because Phill is personally pro-life!
This
is patently absurd. Phil! Kline emphasized that, as Attorney General, his job
is to be anti-murder. He prosecuted a lot of murderers. But apparently, Planned
Parenthood didn't want a pro-lifer
holding such an important political office that could investigate and uncover
their crimes.
And
so, they set out to DESTROY PHILL KLINE
any way they could.
Recently, Phil! Kline was hauled before an "ethics"
committee... found "guilty" of obtaining damning evidence against
Planned Parenthood... and now they're in the process of SUSPENDING HIS LAW
LICENSE INDEFINITELY so that he can no longer practice law!
Yes,
that's how vindictive Planned Parenthood gets. They are using a "scorched earth" attack
strategy against Phill Kline for DARING
to prosecute them for their 107 abortion-related crimes.
(And
remember: Those 107 charges were just the tip of the iceberg, because they
represented only one year's worth of the criminal activity that's rampant at
Planned Parenthood and all abortion mills around the United States. Imagine what Phill Kline would have discovered if he
had been able to dig through all their records for all the other years!)
What's
more, if Phill Kline had successfully prosecuted Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri, similar
investigations would have been undertaken all across the country—and eventually
Planned Parenthood would have lost their huge "Title X" taxpayer
subsidies which amount to well over ONE
MILLION DOLLARS A DAY!
Instead,
the pro-abortion forces in Kansas—under
the direction of then-Gov. Kathleen Sebelius and her hand-picked cronies—worked
feverishly to bury the evidence
against Planned Parenthood.
As a
matter of fact, it was recently discovered that the key evidence against Planned Parenthood was mysteriously SHREDDED while Phill Kline was
investigating Planned Parenthood!!! Yes, that's right...
They SHREDDED the evidence
that
would
have convicted Planned Parenthood!
Hard
to imagine, but it's true. And they're
getting away with it!
But wait... there's more. When Phill Kline was still Attorney General, he
secured copies of the records that
the Sebelius Administration shredded. They would be his "back-up"
records (just in case).
But
now we've learned that while the criminal case was getting ready for trial—the
new Attorney General (Steven Six) shredded
the back-up copies as well!! Mr. Six knew those documents were needed for
the criminal case, and he conveniently
SHREDDED them anyway!!!
This
seems like something out of a Hollywood movie about the Mafia or Chicago politics! And, in fact, when you're up against the abortion
cartel and their powerful cronies, it's almost
exactly like going up against the Mafia! (Makes you wonder if perhaps the
Mafia isn't involved in the abortion business, doesn't it?)
Dirty tricks. Bribes. Pay-offs. Threats. Intimidation.
Behind-the-scenes, back-room deals. You name it.
(I'm
surprised Phill Kline didn't end up with a pair of "concrete shoes"
and get dumped into the Missouri
River!)
The
fact remains that right now, Phill Kline has been unable to practice law
because of Planned Parenthood's vicious, nasty revenge against him. Phill is
busy fighting the underhanded
decision to indefinitely suspend his law license.
And
we at the Life Legal Defense Foundation
are putting a substantial amount of our legal expertise—our time, money, and
effort—behind him... because we know how vitally important it is to help Phill
recover his law license, his reputation, and his career.
You
see, if we don't help Phill, then it
sends a very bad message to every other Attorney General or District
Attorney in America who wants to go after Planned Parenthood for their
abortion-related crimes.
In
effect, if the pro-life movement doesn't help Phill Kline, we'd basically be
saying to every good prosecutor in America who's going up against Planned Parenthood...
"Good luck, buddy. You're
on your own!"
And that would have disastrous
ramifications....
What
prosecutor in his right mind would want to take on Planned Parenthood if he
knew he wasn't going to get the support he needs from the pro-life movement?
What
incentive does he have to risk his entire career—his livelihood, his family,
and his reputation—if the pro-life movement is going to let him "swing in
the wind" after Planned Parenthood and the media does a hatchet job on
him? None!
And
that's why it's so important that we
help Phill Kline continue to do battle
against the abortion "Mafia" that has nearly destroyed him.
Phill
can get his law license restored and be able to practice once again. BUT...
it's not going to be cheap. Mounting a proper defense (and offense) against the
likes of Planned Parenthood and their cronies in government is an expensive proposition.

me... all the other good prosecutors in America—every state Attorney General and every county
District Attorney—are watching to see
what happens to Phil! Kline. But what
they really want to know is...
"Will the pro-life movement
stand behind Phill Kline?"

willing to step up and take the arrows like he did.
And
that means Planned Parenthood and all their abortion "partners in
crime" will continue to get away with all kinds of illegal abortions so
they can line their blood-stained pockets.
