EXCLUSIVE: Larry Klayman reiterates Founding Father's liberty-or-death declaration

On his Internet broadcast, our friend and fellow conservative, Glenn Beck, taking stock of what he characterized as the hopeless and dangerous "state of the nation" under President Barack Hussein Obama, declared: "When the government says they can use drones and just kill us without a warrant or a trial, my gosh, America certainly is dead ... I've lost faith in government. I've lost faith in the media, in banking, the justice system, some of our big-city police departments ... I think I just didn't have faith in the DMV 15 years ago. Now I question everything. I don't have faith in any of it."

Saying that because of his "lost we now must Beck went on: "I remember that surrender is an important way of winning. Surrender. You're powerless over anything that happens in Washington. And, so what do you do? Try to make amends for the things that you've done wrong. You try to live differently. Take an inventory, and then you will take control of the things that you can and you work hardest on those. . . ."

Beck added: _"Just as I don't have faith in anything, my faith grows in my family, and in God. I raise my kids and make sure I'm listening as closely as I can. This is where we are supposed to be. Faithless in everything that man has created, and putting our faith and our time and our energy into everything that God has created."

While Glenn's faith in God is exemplary, contrast his "surrender" with a man who has been called the "First Founding Father," Patrick Henry, a Virginia attorney turned revolutionary, who also had a deep faith in God.

Addressing the Continental Congress on March 23, 1775, Henry, using the oration skills he acquired and honed as a trial lawyer, spoke eloquently and forcefully to his colleagues about the God-given duty to fight for freedom from the bondage of the "First Despot," King George III of Great Britain - and to do so against all odds. He declared: "There is no longer any room for hope. If we wish to be free -if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending - if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be ordained - we must fight! I repeat it, sir, we must fight! An appeal to arms and to the God of hosts is all that is left us!"

Henry pressed on: "They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength but irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot? Sir, we are not weak if we make proper use of those means which the God of nature hath placed in our power. The millions of people, armed in a holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God, who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to be strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave."

Henry then concluded: "Why we stand here idle? What is that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me give me liberty or give me death!"

The First Despot, King George III, raped the rich colonies with high taxes, ignored their grievances, subverted their legal system and as a final stroke seized and destroyed the colonists' caches of guns and other means of self-defense when it became apparent that the citizens could stand no more tyranny from the Crown. Even worse, 236 years after the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776, triggering the first American Revolution, the modern-day disciple of the king, demagogue President Barack Hussein Obama, has onerously raised taxes, engaged in class warfare, pitting the poor and middle class against the so-called rich, black against white, Latino against Anglo, gay against straight, and Muslim against Jew and Christian, in order to win re-election.

To insure that Obama's mission to enslave the nation in his brand of Marxist ideology succeeds in the face of imminent rebellion by the informed masses, his government has armed itself to the teeth, unleashed black helicopters in our major cities to intimate the people and set up committees to determine who in its estimation is a "subversive" and may have to be eliminated with drone and other strikes on American citizens on U.S soil. And, last but not least, to this end, Obama has also issued executive actions as the first step to removing the people's Second Amendment right to bear arms to defend themselves against "his" government and its evil designs.

With the exception of a few, like Sen. Rand Paul, no one in the Republican opposition has the will or guts to oppose Obama's dictatorial quest to remove our freedoms and civil liberties and potentially assassinate those American citizens who resist his and the rest of the government establishment's claim of total "sovereignty" over us.

We the People, initially using all non-violent means, must ourselves rise up! But if in the end it means following the lead of our First Founding Father, Patrick Henry, we reserve our God-given rights to defend ourselves and to restore liberty to our shores.

As in colonial times leading to the birth of a free country, we will never surrender! Instead, must be prepared to use all legally righteous means to restore the country to greatness!

HOW AMERICA IS BECOMING A POLICE STATE

From drones to gun raids, under Obama law enforcement is being 'fundamentally transformed'

News reports that the federal Department of Homeland Security is stockpiling billions of rounds of ammunition have prompted many Americans to ask: Just who is the government preparing to go to war with?

To radio talker Mark Levin, the answer is that "our society is unraveling" and DHS is preparing for "the collapse of our financial system, the collapse of our society and the potential for widespread violence, looting, killing in the streets, because that's what happens when an economy collapses." Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin agrees, saying, "We're going to default eventually and that's why the feds are stockpiling bullets in case of civil unrest."

But all this, dire as it sounds, is just the tip of the iceberg. As WND's acclaimed monthly Whistleblower magazine documents in its March issue, "HOW AMERICA IS BECOMING A POLICE STATE," one major way Barack Obama's "fundamental transformation of America" is manifesting in the changing face of law enforcement - local and state, but especially federal.

The signs are everywhere:

Drones are flying overhead - not in Yemen, but here in the U.S., above your house, perhaps photographing you. The FAA anticipates 10,000 domestic drones in the next few years, and at least one police chief has publicly announced he wants to arm his drones with tear gas and rubber bullets.

Meanwhile, the Transportation Security Administration, having traumatized countless air travelers with its signature nude X-ray imaging and invasive pat-downs of ailing grandmothers and crying 3-year-old handicapped children in wheelchairs, is now expanding from airports to bus terminals and subways.

Even local police forces increasingly resemble an occupying army, especially in the big cities - thanks in part to a federal program that supplies police departments with military equipment, everything from surveillance drones to machine-gun-equipped armored personnel carriers.

Although few Americans realize it, police have already gone door to door and confiscated citizens' legally owned firearms (in New Orleans after Katrina), and right now politicians in certain areas are trying to pass legislation to make gun confiscation official policy - but only in the event of an "emergency," of course.

"It's not quite accurate to say the Obama administration is trying to disarm Americans," said Whistleblower Editor David Kupelian. "The government is attempting to progressively disarm one segment of the population - law-abiding, private citizens - while simultaneously arming to the teeth millions of Americans who work for, and are beholden to, government at all levels. In fact, DHS has stockpiled BILLIONS of rounds of deadly hollow point ammunition -- thus causing an ammunition shortage crisis for the rest of us -- for just such a domestic war. They've also spent $80 million hiring armed guards for "Civil Disturbances" and bought thousands of fully automatic rifles, armored personnel carriers for their troops, and bullet-proof checkpoint booths to be set up along U.S. highways and streets to stop YOU, your loved ones, and your friends. Coupled with the NSA spying on us, there is totalitarian rule underway under Hussein Obama.

While Stalin and the others demanded the people worship the State as "god," Hussein Obama effectively seeks to force every Christian and Jew in America to worship his false god, allah! Then he plans to WIPE OUT all followers of the God of the Bible. And that includes YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES!

The racist Mullah-in-Chief is forcing Americans right now to "bend the knee" to allah, the false Islamic god worshiped by a billion Muslims worldwide. But the criminal Obama knows there is one standing between you and his tyrannical agenda to cause civil war in America, followed by the implementation of his harsh, sharia-driven dictatorship, that has the power to OPPOSE and defeat him: the U.S. military. Let me share just a few glaring examples of Hussein Obama's vicious hatred toward everyone who ever wore the uniform of the U.S. Armed Forces [the slain SEAL Team VI heroes and other special ops servicemen, 30 of whom died as a result of Joe Biden leaking classified information] . . . with the exception, of course, of his traitorous Secretary of State, John Kerry, who sided with the Communist North Vietnamese in the 1970's alongside "Hanoi Jane" Fonda:

· Obama, along with his equally evil "yes man," Joe Biden, is directly responsible for the murder of 22 dead SEAL Team Six heroes and SEAL support personnel, five National Guardsmen, and three Air Force members who were killed when Taliban insurgents shot down their helicopter in Afghanistan with a rocket-propelled grenade. Obama and Biden painted targets on the soldiers' backs -- as well as endangering their families here in the States! -- by revealing classified information identifying them as the group that took out terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden.

Terrorists hungry for revenge got inside information where the helicopter would be, and when. Our military men were ruthlessly executed because Hussein Obama hates the military!

· When the farce called the "government shutdown" took place, the FIRST THING Hussein Obama did was barricade the monument honoring the service of World War TI veterans, barring those who laid their lives on the line for America from entry. Never mind that this is an open air monument with free access 24/7 . . . he had a political point to make: Obama hates the military!

· Numerous high-ranking officers have been forced from the military, often on vague and bogus charges, over the past few years, including a two-star general and a vice admiral just in the past few weeks. These officers are critical to the smooth functioning of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines . . . but they were sacked because Obama hates the military!

· Declaring the Armed Forces a virtual "petri dish" for social experimentation, the globalist in the Oval Office threw the military doors wide open to sexual perversion as a payback to his friends in the radical homosexual movement. But the current DC regime doesn't care how this drastic change affects those on the front lines because Obama hates the military!

· Hussein Obama bends over backwards in order to protect Muslim jihadists with his current rules of engagement. If a military member attempts to defend himself or his squad from what appears to be a Muslim terrorist threat, he or she will be court martialed and thrown in prison for violating the rules of engagement. 1LT Clint Lorance led his platoon on a patrol in the Kandahar province in Afghanistan when three Muslim men on a motorcycle suddenly came toward the U.S. troops. Lorance gave the order to shoot, since U.S. forces know that Muslim terrorists frequently use this subterfuge to wage a surprise attack. Lt. Clint Lorance was sentenced to 20 years in prison because he did not hold fire until there was clear evidence of hostile intentions by the Afghan Muslim men. And that's not all . . . the racist Hussein Obama -- who "won" the presidency only through outright fraud by lying about his foreign birth -- used the government shutdown as an excuse to immediately cut off death benefits to the families of our servicemen and women killed in action!

And thousands of veterans, men and women who fought honorably for our nation in the deserts of Iraq and Afghanistan, have been told by the Obama regime that they MUST turn over any and all weapons they possess at any moment . .
