Milk and Meat

(Heb 5:11-14 KJV) "Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. {12} For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. {13} For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. {14} But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."

Please prayerfully read and examine each study thoroughly, including references. For some there will be the milk (Heb 5:12) and for others there will be the meat (John 4:32-38; 6:26-27) of the Word (John 6:52-58; 1 Cor 10:1-4).

(Heb 6:1-3 KJV) "Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, {2} Of the doctrines of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. {3} And this will we do, if God permit." ⁹

At times, we will leave the principles of the doctrines of Christ (Heb 6:1-3), going on to perfection (and possibly maturity), but for the sake of the babes (1 Pet 2:2) in Christ (1 Cor 3:1-3), the basics will also be taught.

Enlighten You

In pressing on (Phil 3:7-16), I hope God through His Word will enlighten (Psa 18:28-31) you even more, especially about the Post ² (after) Tribulation (trouble) Rapture (catching up). There are many deceptions in books, in film, in schools, on the Web and also in many churches, but the Biblical truth about the tribber doctrine is not one of them.

A Theory We Can Also Call Fiction

For many years, I was deceived by the pretribber doctrine, which is only a theory (we can also call fiction), that can actually weaken the faith of a new convert. It is believed by those who do not rightly divide the Word, ²⁵ who do not understand it (Mat 13:19), who do not stay in it long enough to see the truth, who received the seed (Word) into stony places and have no root (Mat 13:5-6, 20-21), who are dull of hearing (Heb 5:11), have closed eyes (Mat 13:14-15 ¹¹) and are spiritually blind (Mat 15:13-14), and who have no spiritual discernment (Mat 16:1-4). Over-all it is the Devil's deception, and false prophets' and teachers' (Mat 7:15-20; 2 Pet 2:1-3) concoction, and upheld by those who have been deceived (2 Th 2:3 ²⁰). It is continuing to be taught in the main-line churches with the help of Bible passages being taken out of context and some words twisted (2 Th 2:3, 7), in which I briefly spoke about in my first study and is discussed at length in my seventh one. If I seem harsh in what I'm saying, please forgive me and give me a chance to show you more Biblical truths about the Post Tribulation Rapture. I know without a doubt that it is true.

The Devil Has Only a Short Time (Rev 12:12)

The deceiving dragon (Rev 20:1-3) -- who will give power (Rev 13:4) unto the beast, who will be given power over all kindred, tongues and nations (Rev 13:7) -- has only a short time. After the 42 month (Rev 13:5 ¹²) Tribulation, Jesus will come to resurrect Saints' bodies, and to judge and make war (Rev 19:11-21). After the wrath of the Lamb and of God comes, Satan will be bound. His final battle will come at the end of the Millennium after being loosed for a season to gather Gog and Magog again, and then he will be "…cast into the lake of fire and brimstone...for ever and ever" (Rev 20:7-10 KJV).

As the Days of Noah and Lot (Luke 17:26-30)

Each passing day is becoming more and more as the days of Noah (Gen 6:5-13) and as the days of Lot (Gen 18:20-21; 2 Pet 2:6-8) just as Jesus predicted (Mat 24:37-39).

Worse than any time in history, a combination of both Noah's and Lot's days, a time when all evil powers that have ever existed will emerge—the first beast of Revelation 13:1-8, the second beast of Revelation 13:11-18, the image of the beast in Revelation 13:14-15 and the scarlet colored beast, Mystery Babylon of Revelation 17 will make their appearances and bring about havoc (Acts 8:1-3).

Therefore, all that being true, again the earth will be corrupt before God and filled with violence (Gen 6:11-13) with very grievous sin (Gen 18:20-21), and the people will think nothing of it. For they will be making merry (Rev 11:10), eating and drinking, marrying and given in marriage (Mat 24:37-39), buying and selling, planting, building (Luke 17:26-30) when we are resurrected. Just look around. In spite of all what is happening today, people are still trying to live normal lives according to their own standards.

Secures, Seals and Protects

Noah and all those shut in by the LORD (Gen 7:16) in the ark went through the flood; and Lot and his family escaped to a safe city, so not to be consumed in the iniquity of the city, before the LORD rained upon Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire (Gen 19:15-25).

(Psa 49:5 KJV) "Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?"

He secures (Zep 2:2-3) and seals those who are His (John 6:27 ¹⁴). Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were not hurt in the fiery (Isa 43:1-2) furnace (Dan 3:24-30). And the children of God will not be hurt by (plague) pestilence (Psa 91:1-10) or forever destroyed by the Devil's wrath (Rev 12:12) during the Tribulation.

(Mat 24:22 KJV) "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."

The way to overcome the troubled last days ahead is by the blood of the Lamb (Rev 12:10-11 ²⁸) and by the word of our testimony, and sealed with His Holy Spirit (John 6:27 ¹⁴). Although Satan can kill the body of a Saint, he cannot destroy his soul.

First a Falling Away (2 Th 2:1-3)

Before the Day of Christ, ²⁹ there will come a falling away first -- at a time when iniquity will abound (Mat 24:12) -- and that man of sin be revealed (2 Th 2:3-4 ²³), then Jacob's trouble (Jer 30:7), the three and a half year (Dan 7:25 ¹²) Great Tribulation (Mat 24:21 ¹³), the hour of temptation, which will come upon the entire world, to try them that dwell upon the earth (Rev 3:10). During which time the beast and false prophet (Rev 19:20) will be given power to rule (Rev 13:1-18), six of the seven trumpets sound (Rev 8:1-9:21; 10:7; 11:14-15), and the two witnesses prophesy, turn waters to blood and smite the earth with plagues. And near the end of the Tribulation, they will be killed, and resurrected three and a half days later (Revelation 11:3-12) with the rest of the Saints.

During the Tribulation

Saints will be slain (Rev 8:3), like their brethren were in Revelation 6:9-11, "...beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God..." (Rev 20:4 KJV), and will overcome the accuser of the brethren "...by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony..." (Rev 12:10-11 KJV). 144,000 Israelites will be sealed in their foreheads (Rev 7:1-8) so not to be hurt with plagues (Rev 9:3-5). Because the Philadelphia church had kept the word of His patience, the Lord will keep (or to guard from loss or injury according to Greek Dictionary) them from the hour of temptation (Rev 3:7, 10). The woman in Revelation 12, possibly Orthodox and Hasidic Israelites, will flee into the wilderness (taken to a safe place) from the face of the serpent (Rev 12:14), saved out of Jacob's trouble (Jer 30:7). And the dragon, who is called the Devil and Satan (Rev 12:9), will "...make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ" (Rev 12:17 KJV).

After the Great Tribulation (Mat 24:29-31)

After the Great Tribulation, the heavens and earth will be shaken, ²⁶ and our Faithful, True and Righteous Lord and Savior (Rev 19:11-16 ²⁷) will appear the second time (Heb 9:28), coming in the clouds of heaven. ⁴ And He will send His angels with a great sound (phone: G5456) of a trumpet (salpigx: G4536) and they will gather together -- Feast of Ingathering (Exo 23:16) -- His elect from the four winds, from heaven (Mat 24:30-31; Rev 6:9) and earth (Mark 13:27). All who make up the Church (Acts 20:28 ⁶), which include Saints, will be in this first reaping (Rev 14:14-16). Other descriptions add, which are also briefly paraphrased: In the days of the voice (phone) of the seventh angel when he will begin to sound (salpizo: G4537) the seventh (Rev 8:2, 6) trumpet (salpigx), the mystery of God will be finished (Rev 10:7), kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever (Rev 11:15). Another, the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout (keleuma: G2752), with the voice (phone) of the archangel, and with the trump (salpigx) of God. And the dead in Christ will rise (Isa 26:17-27:1) first, then those who are alive and remain [left] will be -- delivered (John 16:20-22; Rom 8:16-23) -- caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet Him in the air (1 Th 4:16-17). Another, at the last trump (salpigx), it will sound (salpizo), the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed. "For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality..." (1 Cor 15:51-55 KJV). The preceding various details describe the Second Coming and First Resurrection (Rev 20:4-6).

Wrath Comes (Study)

The Marriage of the Lamb Comes (Rev 19:5-9)

The Marriage (and Supper) of the Lamb will come, His wife will have made herself ready (Rev 19:5-9 ¹⁵), and we will go in with Him to the Marriage (Mat 25:10). The Lord God omnipotent will reign and we with Him -- who rules with a rod of iron (Rev 2:27 ¹⁶) -- on the earth (Rev 5:9-10 ¹⁷) for a thousand years (Rev 20:4-6) and in the New Jerusalem forever and ever (Rev 22:5). The tabernacle (Deu 16:13 ¹⁸) of God (Rev 21:1-3 ¹⁹) will be with men, and we will enjoy all the benefits of knowing Him, singing (Rev 5:8-10; 14:2-3), rejoicing (Rev 19:7) and worshipping Him (Rev 15:2-4).

Note: New Jerusalem will be here during the Millennium. Following the details of the Great White Throne Judgment, the old heaven and earth fleeing away (Rev 20:11-15), the new heaven and earth, the New Jerusalem coming down (descending), new things (Rev 21:1-7) and the Bride (Rev 21:9-22:5), Revelation goes back in time to when sinners, such as dogs, sorcerers, whoremongers, murderers, idolaters and liars, of such (Rev 21:8) who were earlier cast into the lake of fire (Rev 20:14-15), are outside the gates of the Holy City (Rev 22:14-15) during the Millennium.
