Minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) reneged/reversed his opinion a few days (1) (2) (3) (4) after unconstitutional impeachment, which is a little late. By the House there was no investigation completed, no hearing held, no legal proof or factual evidence brought forth, no cross-examination, no due process... (1) (2) (3) (2) (3) before their unconstitutional impeachment vote – it only lasted two hours (Tennapel & Al), an attempt to disqualify Trump from running in 2024. How can our President be impeached and judged by the Senate when he is out of office and a private citizen? U.S.S.C. Justice John Roberts refusal to sit for Trump impeachment trial (1) (2) (3). In a lot of videos, in big tech formats and on their servers, parts of our President's speeches and what really was going on were left out, or, if not, after being threatened by Big Tech, a whole video could be taken down. When opposing Conservative voices are being silenced, Communism is succeeding. There's one video showing a guy inside (inside job) the capitol building handing guys through an open window bat like clubs (1) (2) to break windows (why would they need to break windows when there's already an open window for them). Another video shows Trump supporters hollering at Antifa masquerading as them and other Trump supporters trying to stop Antifa from breaking Capitol windows (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6). The reason for our peaceful patriotic constitutional demonstrations – not like Antifa's riots and destruction, which the left calls a "peaceful protest" (1) and is still going on today in which we don't hear much about in the liberal mainstream media (1) – was to "Stop the Steal," but so many would not listen or let our voices be heard, or look at the factual and truthful legal court evidence, reasons for our peaceful protest. Some solutions for our grievances when we have no voice: We'll have to widely make known our new "Patriot Party," "We the People" party, which will consist of more than just a Party, like our own networks, servers.... For years many people did not understand the real Washington establishment until President Trump spoke about the stimulus bill (1) (2) (3) (4) – Washington establishment has been stacking legislative bills together, instead of one or two bills, and passing those stacked bills with so much pork in them, they squeal: and driving our national debt out of site, giving more resources and money to other countries, to special interest, to buying votes, etc. and little to the working class, "We the People." My main focus is how can our President be impeached and judged by the Senate when he is out of office and a private citizen?: "Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States." It did not say and/or, it said "...removal from Office, and disqualification..." (Article I, Section 3, paragraph [clause] 7 (1) (2)).
