Bible Verses (Betrayed)

mine own familiar friend

(Psa 41:9 KJV) "Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me."

Judas...betray for thirty pieces of silver

(Mat 26:14-16 KJV) "Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, {15} And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. {16} And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him."
(Mat 26:20-25 KJV) "Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve. {21} And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me . {22} And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I? {23} And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. {24} The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. {25} Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said."
(Mat 26:44-50 KJV) "And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. {45} Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. {46} Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me. {47} And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people. {48} Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast. {49} And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him. {50} And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him."

Judas Iscariot...betray him

(Mark 14:10-11 KJV) "And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto them. {11} And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him."
(Mark 14:17-21 KJV) "And in the evening he cometh with the twelve. {18} And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me. {19} And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I? And he answered and said unto them, It is one of the twelve, that dippeth with me in the dish. {21} The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born."
(Mark 14:41-50 KJV) "And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. {42} Rise up, let us go; lo, he that betrayeth me is at hand. {43} And immediately, while he yet spake, cometh Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders. {44} And he that betrayed him had given them a token, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he; take him, and lead him away safely. {45} And as soon as he was come, he goeth straightway to him, and saith, Master, master; and kissed him. {46} And they laid their hands on him, and took him. {47} And one of them that stood by drew a sword, and smote a servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear. {48} And Jesus answered and said unto them, Are ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and with staves to take me? {49} I was daily with you in the temple teaching, and ye took me not: but the scriptures must be fulfilled. And they all forsook him, and fled."

Judas surnamed Iscariot...how he might betray him

(Luke 22:1-6 KJV) "Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover. {2} And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people. {3} Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve. {4} And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them. {5} And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money. {6} And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray him unto them in the absence of the multitude."
(Luke 22:21-23 KJV) "But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table. {22} And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed! {23} And they began to inquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing."
(Luke 22:46-54 KJV) "And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. {47} And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him. {48} But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss? {49} When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword? {50} And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear. {51} And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him. {52} Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves? {53} When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness. {54} Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest's house. And Peter followed afar off."

one of you shall betray me...Judas Iscariot

(John 13:21-30 KJV) "When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. {22} Then the disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom he spake. {23} Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved. {24} Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake. {25} He then lying on Jesus' breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it? {26} Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon. {27} And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly. {28} Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him. {29} For some of them thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus had said unto him, Buy those things that we have need of against the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor. {30} He then having received the sop went immediately out: and it was night."
